Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to congradulate Nate Winter and Sara Koenig on their new belts after testing on Friday. From my own doing I was not able to have new certificates made and printed for testing day, so during class on Thursday, 10/28/10, I will be handing out the certificates to Nate and Sara. There were many students that came to support them at testing and I would encourage everyone to come and congradulate them for their accomplishments.
Mr. Nusslock contacted me yesterday and asked me to see if anyone would be interested in doing grafton training two times a month. There would be a $5-10 cost per class and we would be looking for 5-10 people that would be interested and committing to going to all of these practices. Class would be 1-2 hours long and, if you were training over the summer, a similar format to summer classes at the grafton dojang.
Also, Sooyeon has asked me if Rising Phoenix would be interested in doing a demonstration on Friday November 19th. It will be from Noon to 2pm. I do not have a specific time for the demo at the moment. Once I do I will let everyone know. This is a great opportunity for everyone to be involed in supporting and promoting our dojang.
Lastly, end of semester tesing date will be December 12th in union room 191 at 1:00pm
